About The Position

We are seeking an experienced LCSW to provide virtual mental health services to clients in Massachusetts. This position involves meeting with clients through telehealth, understanding their current challenges, creating treatment plans, documenting progress, and helping them move forward with practical clinical support. The role is ideal for someone who values strong client care, clear systems, and a full-time remote schedule.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active LCSW license in Massachusetts
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
• Comfortable using EHR systems and video platforms

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in a virtual setting
• Conduct clinical assessments and review presenting concerns
• Establish treatment goals and monitor client progress over time
• Complete progress notes and maintain accurate clinical records
• Use appropriate therapeutic interventions based on client needs
• Address crisis concerns and escalate when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all professional guidelines
