The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and committed to excellence. This role is a critical part of the clinical team, focusing on providing evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health issues. Services are delivered in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at clinics nationwide and through digital health telemedicine, making it a hybrid role. Requirements
- Fully licensed as an LCSW in the State of Indiana
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care
- Create and manage own schedule with full autonomy over caseload
- Work with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
- Deliver evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services
