Requirements

• Active Kentucky LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
• Strong clinical documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled therapy sessions through telehealth
• Complete psychosocial assessments and intakes
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Document sessions accurately and within required timelines
• Monitor progress and update care approaches as needed
• Practice in compliance with Kentucky regulations
