VitalCheck Wellness, as the administrative agent, is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide therapy and counseling services to employees in a corporate wellness clinic located onsite at a major financial institution in Princeton, NJ. The clinician will focus on delivering individual counseling, mental health support, and coaching services to employees in a corporate office setting. The role may also involve offering guidance to managers and leaders on fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace environment. VitalCheck handles all administrative logistics, scheduling, and operational support, enabling clinicians to focus on meaningful patient care without the administrative burden or insurance-related complexities. We welcome diverse clinical backgrounds, and experience supporting neurodivergent individuals is considered a plus.
