About The Position

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Providence Portland Medical Center. This is a Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Day Shift position, from 8:00AM to 5:00pm with rotation weekends. $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) independently provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. The LCSW incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. The LCSW will collaborate with the patient and support system to develop and implement evidence-informed person-centered care plans across the care continuum in collaboration with the Inter/Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT). Social Workers work closely with various departments throughout the PHS. They work with all inpatient or outpatient population. The LCSW shall perform duties in a manner that respects patient self-determination, that reduces health disparities/barriers to care, and adheres to the NASW code of ethics, Standards of Practice (SOP), and mission. Requirements

• Master's Degree - Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
• Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire or, License in states wherever care is delivered upon hire.
• 2 years - Relevant Social Work experience. May include CSWA experience.
