About The Position
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Providence Portland Medical Center. This is a Per Diem/On-Call, Day Shift position. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) independently provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. Requirements
- Master's Degree - Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
- Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire or, License in states wherever care is delivered upon hire.
- 2 years - Relevant Social Work experience. May include CSWA experience.
