Provide one-to-one therapy over secure video
Complete intake and diagnostic interviews
Build treatment plans that break goals into clear steps
Document sessions and treatment updates in the EMR
Escalate safety concerns according to company policies
Join online meetings to review outcomes and service quality
Active New Jersey license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or MFT
Experience with individual therapy in a clinical setting
Strong written communication for clear documentation
