About The Position
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Arizona Job Summary: You will deliver online therapy to clients throughout Arizona using a secure telehealth platform. The role supports predictable scheduling, clear documentation standards, and continuity of care. This is an appointment-based position with no on-call expectations. Bring your license into a remote role designed for stability.
Requirements
- Active Arizona LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Clinical experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
- Strong written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual individual therapy sessions
- Develop and update treatment plans
- Document care in the electronic health record
- Track client outcomes over time
- Adhere to Arizona regulatory requirements
