About The Position
Provide therapy via telehealth to Utah clients with a consistent weekday schedule. You’ll focus on assessment, ongoing sessions, and clear documentation that supports treatment planning.
Requirements
- Active Utah license: LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Therapy experience preferred
- Strong documentation and organization
Responsibilities
- Provide individual telehealth therapy sessions
- Conduct assessments and document diagnostic impressions
- Develop and maintain treatment plans
- Maintain EMR documentation within required timelines
- Attend case reviews and trainings
