About The Position
We’re seeking an Arizona-licensed therapist who wants a predictable weekday schedule and fully remote sessions. You’ll work with clients across the state through video visits, keeping care structured and documentation clean. The day-to-day is straightforward: sessions, assessments, notes, and follow-up.
Requirements
- Active Arizona license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
- Therapy experience preferred
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and an EMR
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
- Conduct intakes, document diagnoses/clinical impressions, and set treatment goals
- Update treatment plans and progress notes in the EMR
- Follow risk screening and escalation procedures
- Join virtual consults and team check-ins
- Assist with clinical support tasks as assigned (case guidance, documentation review)
