There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will provide one-to-one therapeutic services to clinic patients identified at intake as needing substance abuse and mental health treatment. The LCSW will develop treatment plans in coordination with the patients care team, connect patients with service needs, and assess patient progress while reporting needed changes to the treatment team. The role includes providing Individual, Couples, Family, and Group Therapy, as well as conducting diagnostic assessments. The LCSW may assist with Parenting Assessments, evaluating a parent's strengths, areas of concern, and their ability to provide a safe and stable environment for their child(ren). Accurate and up-to-date records on patients must be maintained, and the LCSW may need to testify in court as required. If applicable, the LCSW will supervise and evaluate interns receiving clinical hours at the agency and perform other duties as assigned.
