About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a remote care team, providing therapy and clinical support via telehealth. This role involves helping clients address mental health concerns, enhance coping skills, and progress towards their treatment goals with consistent clinical guidance. The position is hands-on, client-facing, and focused on delivering effective care in an accessible virtual environment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active Montana LCSW license in good standing
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse populations
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy sessions to assigned clients
- Assess mental health history, symptoms, and current functioning
- Develop and revise treatment plans based on clinical needs
- Keep detailed and compliant documentation for all client interactions
- Track progress and recommend changes to treatment when appropriate
- Educate clients on coping strategies, resources, and support options
