About The Position
Our team is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual mental health services for clients based in Wyoming. This full-time position is ideal for someone who values steady clinical work, clear processes, and the ability to help clients address emotional, social, and behavioral concerns through telehealth. You will support clients through assessment, treatment planning, and regular therapy sessions while keeping care organized and clinically sound.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active LCSW license in the state of Wyoming
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health support
- Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients on a regular schedule
- Perform initial evaluations and ongoing clinical assessments
- Develop treatment plans and update them based on client progress
- Maintain complete and compliant documentation for each client encounter
- Offer therapeutic support for anxiety, stress, depression, and related concerns
- Recognize when higher levels of care or outside referrals are needed
