Requirements
- Active Arkansas LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Ability to manage an independent caseload
- Experience using telehealth platforms
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Monitor client progress and update care plans
- Participate in clinical quality reviews when needed
- Follow Arkansas licensing and ethical guidelines
