About The Position
Provide telehealth therapy to clients across Utah. This role includes assessment, ongoing therapy, treatment planning, and clear documentation standards in a structured weekday format.
Requirements
- Active Utah license: LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Therapy experience preferred
- Strong documentation and organization
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled telehealth sessions
- Complete intake assessments and diagnostic impressions
- Develop treatment plans and track progress
- Maintain EMR documentation and clinical updates
- Participate in consults and trainings
- Follow safety protocols and escalation guidelines
