About The Position

We are hiring an LCSW to provide remote mental health services for adults and families living in Nevada. You’ll maintain a steady caseload, offer evidence-informed therapy, and play an active role in supporting clinical standards and client outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Nevada LCSW license in good standing.
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or telehealth settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying engaged with the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions for individuals and families.
• Complete diagnostic assessments and update treatment plans over time.
• Identify risk factors, create safety plans, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in ongoing quality and process improvement efforts.
