Requirements
- Active New York LCSW license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Prior experience providing supervision or clinical oversight
- Comfortable delivering services via telehealth platforms
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and case consultation to assigned therapists
- Review treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation
- Ensure services meet New York State regulations and practice standards
- Support clinical decision-making for complex or high-risk cases
- Maintain a limited client caseload alongside supervisory duties
