About The Position
Our team is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide full-time remote counseling services. In this position, you will meet with clients virtually, help them work through mental health concerns, and guide treatment in a way that is practical, organized, and clinically sound. This is a strong fit for someone who values steady hours, meaningful client care, and the flexibility of working from home.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active LCSW license in good standing
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Experience providing mental health counseling or therapy services
- Strong documentation and case management skills
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions
- Identify client needs and create clear treatment goals
- Provide counseling for emotional, social, and behavioral concerns
- Keep detailed progress notes and maintain clinical records
- Review treatment progress and update plans as needed
- Communicate with care teams or referral sources when appropriate
- Follow all legal, ethical, and professional practice standards
