About The Position
Support clients throughout Oregon via secure telehealth sessions. You’ll offer assessment, therapy, and follow-up care, with a predictable workweek and structured expectations.
Requirements
- Active Oregon license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy
- Strong clinical communication skills and comfort with telehealth
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient or private practice experience is helpful
Responsibilities
- Provide individual teletherapy using evidence-based practices
- Conduct initial assessments and complete diagnostic documentation
- Develop and maintain treatment plans with clear milestones
- Document all clinical encounters in the EMR
- Participate in team consultations and ongoing training
