Requirements
- Active Indiana LCSW license
- Master of Social Work (MSW)
- Experience in clinical mental health settings
- Strong organizational and documentation skills

- Prior supervision experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver telehealth therapy to individuals and families
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and care planning
- Supervise associate clinicians and review clinical notes
- Ensure alignment with Indiana practice standards
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
- Track outcomes and adjust treatment goals
