About The Position
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW Location: New Jersey Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring an LCSW to provide virtual behavioral health services in a structured full-time role. This position involves working directly with clients to assess concerns, provide therapy, guide treatment, and maintain detailed records. The role is well suited for a clinician who values organized care delivery, steady scheduling, and effective therapeutic work in a telehealth environment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active LCSW license in New Jersey
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical, outpatient, or telehealth setting
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual care platforms
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one therapy through video-based sessions
- Assess mental health needs and establish clinical recommendations
- Develop treatment strategies tailored to each client
- Complete progress notes and required clinical records on time
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and support goal tracking
- Recognize urgent clinical concerns and respond appropriately
