About The Position
Louisiana Medical Clinic, a PCMH-affiliated clinic, is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our integrated healthcare team. This role provides behavioral health services in a primary care setting and supports the clinic’s school and community outreach program.
Requirements
- MSW required
- Missouri LCSW license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral health assessments, counseling, and care coordination
- Collaborate with primary care providers in an integrated care model
