About The Position
This position blends direct client care with clinical oversight. You will support therapists by reviewing cases, offering guidance, and maintaining clinical standards while delivering therapy services remotely. Requirements
- Active Montana LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff
- Familiarity with evidence-based treatment models
- Ability to manage time effectively in a remote role
