About The Position
We’re hiring an Indiana-licensed therapist for a full-time telehealth role serving clients statewide. You’ll complete assessments, deliver ongoing therapy sessions, and keep treatment plans moving in the right direction. This position is a good match for clinicians who value structure and clear documentation expectations.
Requirements
- Active Indiana license: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Therapy experience preferred
- Strong written communication
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy via telehealth
- Complete intake assessments and diagnostic documentation
- Create treatment plans and update goals as needed
- Maintain timely EMR notes
- Participate in consults and case discussions
- Provide clinical support tasks as assigned (case review, documentation feedback)
