About The Position
Provide telehealth therapy to Pennsylvania clients through scheduled sessions and structured documentation. You’ll support consistent care planning and ongoing progress tracking.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
- Therapy experience preferred
- Strong writing and organization
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy sessions
- Conduct assessments and document diagnoses
- Build and update treatment plans
- Maintain EMR notes and progress documentation
- Participate in consults and clinical check-ins
