About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support adults through virtual mental health services across Tennessee. This role is centered on assessment, therapy delivery, and follow-up care within a clearly defined telehealth framework. You will work with a consistent caseload and spend your day focused on clinical decision-making and client progress rather than administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Active Tennessee LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
Responsibilities
- Complete psychosocial assessments and clinical intakes
- Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs
- Document sessions accurately and within required timeframes
- Coordinate care when additional services are needed
