About The Position
Provide telehealth therapy to clients across New York. This position includes assessments, ongoing sessions, and consistent documentation to support coordinated care.
Requirements
- Active New York license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related discipline
- Prior therapy experience preferred
- Comfortable with remote workflow and tools
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled therapy sessions via secure video
- Complete assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Document progress notes and care updates in the EMR
- Participate in virtual consults and clinical reviews
- Coordinate care when clinically appropriate
