About The Position

Join a growing telehealth team delivering consistent mental health support to clients across Pennsylvania. In this role, you’ll guide individuals through structured therapy sessions, help identify underlying concerns, and support meaningful progress over time. The position offers a predictable schedule and a focused clinical workload without in-person demands.

Requirements

• Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Experience providing clinical therapy services
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled virtual therapy sessions
• Assess mental health conditions and recommend appropriate interventions
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Document sessions in compliance with clinical standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity of care
