Requirements

• Active New York LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Advanced post-licensure clinical experience
• Strong understanding of telehealth best practices
• Reliable internet and private workspace

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing individual therapy services
• Perform clinical assessments and diagnoses
• Develop and update treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with documentation standards
• Participate in clinical consultations as needed
