About The Position

We’re hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time telehealth position serving clients in Montana. The person in this role will provide therapy, complete clinical assessments, guide treatment planning, and support individuals working through a range of mental health concerns. This is a practical, client-centered role with a direct impact on access to care and treatment continuity in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Montana LCSW license in good standing
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse populations
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients on an ongoing basis
• Evaluate client needs through assessments and clinical interviews
• Develop treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions
• Document care accurately and maintain updated client records
• Provide support for emotional, behavioral, and social challenges
• Recognize urgent clinical needs and follow established response procedures
