About The Position
Deliver telehealth therapy to Oregon clients with consistent session scheduling and clear documentation expectations. You’ll conduct assessments, guide treatment plans, and support ongoing progress.
Requirements
- Active Oregon license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Therapy experience preferred
- Comfortable with remote work structure
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy sessions via telehealth
- Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic notes
- Maintain treatment plans and progress tracking
- Document sessions in the EMR within required timeframes
- Participate in consults and training sessions
- Follow privacy and safety protocols
