We are currently recruiting a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a 100% teletherapy position. Work from home while serving patients accessing care from their homes or other private locations. Provide behavioral care services through a HIPAA-compliant online system.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Preference for clinicians licensed in California.
• Professional licensure must enable independent practice.
• Provisional licenses or those requiring additional supervision are eligible.
• 1-3 years of experience since obtaining unrestricted license.
• Interest in being a pioneering clinician in a thriving behavioral health care modality.
• Comfortable with technology.
• Strong communication skills.
• Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services such as intake, therapy, and counseling.
• Analyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual relationships to gain understanding of an individual's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
• Act as a treatment team member to determine, coordinate, and implement appropriate care.
• Prepare and regularly maintain progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforce treatment plans.
• Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context.
• Maintain all required certifications and licenses.

• The pay range for this role is $41 - $50 an hour (possibility to earn more based on our RTU model).
