About The Position
Stafford Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LISW) to join our team! This role is ideal for a clinician who values relationship-based care, dignity, and improving quality of life for residents through thoughtful, evidence-based mental health services. You will play a vital role in supporting residents’ emotional well-being while collaborating closely with facility staff and interdisciplinary team members. Why Stafford Services? Requirements
- Active LCSW or LISW license in the state of Ohio, in good standing
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Experience with individual and group counseling, diagnosis, and care planning
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Long-Term Care or medical settings preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments
- Provide individual and group psychosocial therapy
- Develop, implement, and update person-centered treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines
- Collaborate with facility leadership, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
- Advocate for residents and support emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial needs
