About The Position
Cotler Psychology Services is seeking a Florida Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D.) to deliver high-quality psychological care to seniors residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in the Venice, Florida area. This opportunity allows for creating meaningful change in the lives of older adults while enjoying flexibility, support, and autonomy within a practice built on ethics, not quotas. Cotler Psychology Services has been a respected leader in geriatric mental health for over 30 years, founded and led by Kerry Cotler, Ph.D. The practice partners with more than 160 long-term care communities across Florida, with a mission to enhance the emotional well-being and quality of life for seniors through compassionate and evidence-based psychological services. The psychologist will work directly with older adults facing challenges such as adjustment to medical illness, grief, mood disorders, and cognitive disorders, making a tangible difference in their daily lives.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D.)
- Active license to practice in Florida (or nearing licensure)

- Deliver high-quality psychological care to seniors residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
- Work directly with older adults experiencing a range of challenges, including adjustment to medical illness, grief, mood disorders, and cognitive disorders
