About The Position

CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST-Diagnostic (Contract Position/Remote) JOB SUMMARY: Complete diagnostic reports for psychological testing referrals in inpatient and partial hospitalization program settings for children and adolescents. Common testing referrals include intellectual and socio-emotional functioning, autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and residential treatment testing for Family Support Program (FSP). All testing is completed by a psychometrician on site.

Requirements

• PhD, Psy.D
• 2 years experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of IL
• Able to work cooperatively with other site staff and involved community agencies.
• Good organization skills, as well as oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer knowledge of general and psychiatric principles, working concepts and theory, age-specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management, individual, group and family therapy.
