Requirements
- Active Maryland LCPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience providing mental health counseling
- Familiarity with evidence-based modalities
- Strong communication and organization skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions
- Perform diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and manage care plans
- Monitor therapeutic outcomes
- Complete clinical documentation in the EHR
