About The Position

Requirements
- Active Maryland LCPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians
- Knowledge of evidence-based counseling approaches
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth counseling services to assigned clients
- Support and supervise associate-level counselors
- Review treatment plans and clinical notes
- Ensure counseling services meet Maryland regulations
- Participate in clinical reviews and consultations
