The goal is quality care delivered with clarity and clinical accountability.

Requirements

• Active North Carolina LCMHC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
• Experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy
• Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete diagnostic assessments and progress evaluations
• Create and update treatment plans based on client needs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support clinical quality standards and care consistency
• Offer guidance to associate clinicians when required
