About The Position
This position centers on relational therapy delivered through telehealth. You will work with individuals, couples, and families while providing supervision to associate therapists. Requirements
- Active Maryland LCMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy
- Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians
- Strong understanding of family systems models
- Organized and reliable remote work habits
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy using systems-based approaches
- Supervise associate marriage and family therapists
- Review session notes and treatment plans
- Monitor client progress across relational goals
- Maintain compliance with Maryland MFT standards
