Requirements

• Active Maryland LCMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy
• Experience delivering relational therapy
• Strong understanding of family systems work
• Dependable time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Use relational and systems-based approaches
• Develop treatment plans aligned with client needs
• Evaluate progress and adjust care plans
• Maintain compliant and timely documentation
