About The Position

We are a fast-growing, values-driven wealth management firm seeking a Licensed Client Service Associate to support advisors and deliver a high-touch, white-glove client experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys client interaction, and can keep things running smoothly when priorities shift. You’ll serve as both an operational anchor and a client-facing professional, playing a key role in scheduling, meeting preparation, client service, and account support.

Requirements

  • Active Series 7 license required
  • 3+ years in financial services, RIA, or broker-dealer environment
  • Strong client communication and relationship skills
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced settings
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and team-focused mindset
  • Experience with CRM systems (Redtail or similar preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a professional first point of contact for clients (phone, email, in person)
  • Manage advisor calendars, meeting logistics, and confirmations
  • Prepare meeting materials, follow-ups, and CRM documentation
  • Support new client onboarding, paperwork, and service requests
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and custodial systems
  • Assist with compliance, special projects, and office operations
  • Identify client service needs and surface opportunities to advisors
