The administrator will utilize Thrivent Financial's computer systems and programs to assist in new client and account openings, service existing investment and insurance accounts, run investment and insurance illustrations, and execute money movement transactions. Additionally, the role involves assisting in data gathering, supporting financial planning services, invoicing, and enhancing operational effectiveness and efficiency. The administrator will also support securities and insurance-related tasks and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned. The position requires strong communication skills, as it involves incoming and outgoing client communication via phone, email, and text. The administrator will collaborate with advisors to assist clients with account and product changes, obtain customer financial information, and utilize electronic and paper application systems to facilitate new accounts or service existing accounts. The role also includes providing fund/account values and answering product-related questions, as well as collaborating with the Director of Financial Planning and Operations to improve financial planning services using software tools like MoneyGuidePro and Morningstar Advisor Workstation. This is a non-selling position, and the administrator must be securities and insurance registered, with a focus on customer service and technical aptitude. The role offers flexibility in hours, with the potential for overtime during busy seasons, and is located in Willernie, MN. The target annual compensation ranges from $50,000 to $70,000, depending on licensing and experience, along with additional benefits such as paid time off and a retirement plan with employer match.
