About The Position

Gracie Square Hospital is a leading behavioral health facility in New York City providing comprehensive, personalized healthcare. We are seeking a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) to join our Therapeutic Activities team. In this role, you will provide functional assessments and therapeutic activities tailored to meet the individual needs and treatment goals of patients with psychiatric illnesses and disorders across our hospital. Our dedicated team of licensed and certified professionals fosters a nurturing and therapeutic environment, helping patients prepare to return to their families and engage in productive, fulfilling lives. This is a full-time Sunday - Thursday, day shift position.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Creative Arts Therapy or related field.
• NYS Licensed Creative Arts Therapy Registration (LCAT).

Nice To Haves

• BLS Certification with American Heart Association.
• Previous experience in the field.
