Requirements

  • CHHA, CHHA license in progress or CNA willing to get CHHA license.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation with current insurance
  • Able to work in the USA
  • MUST be able to travel 10-30 miles to your cases
  • MUST work 2 weekend shifts( Sat, Sun) each month-may be split up
  • MUST work 1 evening shift each month
  • MUST work 1 PAID ON-CALL SHIFT
  • Current CPR certification
  • Able to pass a background check
  • TB test results and MMR immunity
  • Physical exam within last 11 months
