About The Position

The Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist is a vital member of Coulee Medical Center’s collaborative care team. Hybrid schedule options available! This team is made up of the primary care provider, a psychiatric consultant, the patient, and a larger primary care team. The clinician is responsible for supporting and coordinating the behavioral and physical health care of patients on an assigned patient caseload with the patient’s primary care provider and, when appropriate, other behavioral health providers. The Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist supports the organization by being an active member of the medical team, and carries out these duties in a manner consistent with the mission and vision of Coulee Medical Center. The clinic's physicians, nurse practitioners and other professionals focus on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a variety of illnesses and medical problems to help lead our patients to a healthier life. Requirements

  • A minimum of an associate pursuing master’s level training and licensure in any of the following: Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor/Professional Counselor Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Licensed Social Worker Licensed Psychologist
