About the position

Nexus-Woodbourne Family Healing is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Program Supervisor with specialized experience in working with adolescents ages 12-18 that identify as female, who have been victims of sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, various traumas, and exhibit high risk behaviors. The Clinical Program Manager is required to work ON-SITE. This is NOT a HYBRID or REMOTE role. Work Schedule is Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, implements, and maintains operational and clinical policies, procedures and systems.
  • Fosters a trauma-informed care environment.
  • Advances daily decisions, problem-solves, and provides hands-on direction of all staff.
  • Guides assigned staff in working toward and achieving the agency's goals and objectives.
  • Continuously monitors client treatment and proactively implements improvements and enhancements as warranted.
  • Collaborates with agency leadership in evaluating long-term strategic changes that support the clinical process.
  • In collaboration with CQI (Quality), assesses and interprets service and performance data; identifies client and service trends, risk, outcomes, and compliance opportunities.
  • Maintains accountability and oversight of clinical processes, team performance, and service outcomes; may provide direct, individual, family, and group therapies to clients when applicable.
  • Facilitates the engagement, collaboration, questions and concerns of client and families.
  • Participates in the evaluation of prospective clients; ensures staff readiness and understanding of service area expectations.
  • Oversees the development and implementation of service and treatment plans.
  • Ensures client assessments are conducted, per established standards and guidelines.
  • Ensures reports and records documentation are produced accurately and maintained in a consistent, timely, confidential, and professional manner.
  • Actively participates in the interviewing and hiring process; orients, mentors, trains, and develops staff with organizational and licensing guidelines.
  • Monitors and facilitates the development of staff skills regarding service and treatment plans and the preparation and maintenance of client documentation.
  • Provides performance feedback to staff on an ongoing basis and conducts formal, performance evaluations.
  • Models, supports, and provides mentorship on the Nexus philosophy and treatment modalities.
  • Consults with Human Resources regarding employee corrective action or performance improvement opportunities.
  • Ensures confidentiality regarding client background and treatment.
  • Adheres to and monitors compliance with safety and health codes and procedures for staff, clients, and the facility.
  • Regularly conducts inspections of service areas and reviews the client records.
  • Demonstrates acceptance and respectfulness of clients and coworkers toward diversity including gender, race, age, culture, ethnicity, class, religion, sexual preference, disability, and gender identity.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Services, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or clinically related field.
  • Valid Maryland LCPC, LCSW, or LCSW-C licensure.
  • Must have at least two (2) years of experience providing similar services and/or working with this population.
  • Valid driver's license required. Must meet state regulating agency and Nexus Home Office driving requirements.

Nice-to-haves

  • 5+ years of experience in adolescent, adult, and family-based behavioral counseling and/or residential experience preferred.
  • 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
