About The Position

The TCBH Social Work Department is hiring for a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional or Candidate that would provide behavioral health services. This position would carry a caseload of adults coping with severe mental illness and/or substance abuse and would work as an active member of a treatment team. Duties include completing biopsychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans and providing brief therapeutic interventions such as crisis stabilization and developing safety/wellness plans. In addition, the clinician will run psychotherapy groups as part of our structured group therapy model.

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field.
• Licensed to practice by an Oklahoma state licensure board or actively receiving board approved supervision.
• One year of experience in providing professional behavioral services to consumers in a state approved facility or similar entity.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a mental health crisis setting.
• Familiarity with substance abuse treatment.
