Licensed Behavioral Analyst - Hybrid
About The Position
Abound Health is seeking a Licensed Behaviorist (BCBA, LBA, LPA, PA) to join our Special Consultation Services team in Greensboro, North Carolina (Hybrid). In this role, you will report to the Program Director. As a Behaviorist working out of the Innovations Waiver Program with adults with disabilities, you will develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, promoting independence and overall well-being. You will implement evidence-based interventions and regularly monitor progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement in their daily lives. Through consistent follow-ups and collaboration with caregivers and support teams, you will help individuals achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life. Full- time and part-time opportunities available! We will work with your schedule.
Requirements
- Must have experience in developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Must possess strong analytical, decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively support clients and caregivers.
- Valid licensure, registration, or certification specific to discipline (BCBA, LBA, LPA, PA).
- Contractors will take action as necessary to maintain active licensure, registration or certification status, such as any continuing education requirements, mandatory training, and clinical consultation
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, observe clients, and develop written intervention plans with behavioral strategies and recommendations.
- Train and support family members, support staff, and caregivers to implement therapeutic interventions effectively.
- Monitor client progress, analyze data, and revise intervention plans as needed to ensure positive outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with North Carolina Medicaid policies, state regulations, and best practices in behavioral health.
- Maintain client privacy, report incidents, and ensure a safe, supportive environment for all clients.
