About The Position
This role is eligible for a recruitment bonus of $2,500-$5,000. Centra's Autism & Development Center is seeking a dedicated and energetic Licensed Behavior Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will lead behavioral therapy interventions, conduct comprehensive patient assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes through data-driven strategies, compassionate patient care, and collaborative teamwork. The Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) is responsible for development, implementation, and administrative and clinical supervision of assigned program and services.
