About The Position

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to provide specialized consultation services for members exhibiting challenging behaviors. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized behavior support plans to address these behaviors and improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology
• Full licensure with the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board
• Criminal background check clearance
• Not listed in the NC Health Care Abuse Registry
• Active NPI number, CAQH, and NCTracks profile
• Professional liability insurance coverage of at least $1 million/$3 million

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with individuals with I/DD, autism, or TBI preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with the NC Innovations Waiver program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Behavior Support Plans: Develop, implement, and oversee behavior plans, following Clinical Coverage Policy 8P.
• Behavior Analysis: Observe clients to identify challenging behaviors, record and analyze data, and monitor the implementation of support plans.
• Progress Assessment and Plan Revision: Assess member progress, make revisions to PBSPs as needed, and decrease target behaviors.
• Training and Coaching: Provide monthly training sessions to members, staff, and caregivers on positive behavior techniques.
• Case Management: Independently manage a caseload, participate in treatment plan meetings, and collaborate with the care team.
• Tele-Consultation: Utilize tele-consultation services when necessary.
